In my last year of Devine I had one month to make a digital product linked to a non-profit organisation. We could choose whatever we wanted to improve in. Motion design and digital painting were the subjects I wanted to spend my time on. The non-profit I chose was 'Hoop voor zwervertjes', an organisation that tries to find a home for stray cats. I wanted to do something for stray cats, since my own lovely cat was an abandoned kitten we took into our home. I wanted to bring some awareness to adopt stray cats. I brought a story in the shape of a motion comic, a kind of moving comic book, about two kittens. Not only did I learn about motion comics, I also learned about painting fur and animals and making my own story. Discover the finished video right below this text!
